I have a new cycling town called Carousel, Mayor Marina!
Rudy is in boxes!
All villagers are original unless stated otherwise.

My "fanfic" of the situation:
I consider my Mayor an eccentric Real Estate agent of sorts, because thinking of selling the actual villager is disturbing seeing that I really care about all these cute little animals!
So they are moving & you you are their friend buying them a new house in your town! (or something like that!--but you are not buying a live villager.......noooooo

I'd appreciate people pay what they can & think is a fair price for the villagers they want.
Over time I will consider free cycling, but for now I am after IGB ONLY!
A minimum of 500k for all villager types---why? Because I can make 200k offers etc at the Island in a single trip.
For the time it takes me to cycle, write this up, arrange a good time, take screen shots & look up your wi-fi rating etc...I could have filled up the basket at the Island.

I am going to do some errands & have dinner---so Rudy will be up for roughly 4-5 hrs before I have to sleep.

How I cycle:
1) Cycle until someone is in boxes.
2) Announce the sale of said villager on Bell Tree Forums.
3) If I'm online I'll wait a few hours before moving on, but I try not to let villagers go to the void!
Things are more about how available people are rather than tiers for me. I'll wait just as long for a lower tier.
What I usually do is let the day run it's course---if I'm home I'm always around---usually just out for a mealbreak---so I will be back during that day!
My idle status usually only last for 40mins and you'll see me pop back on to check in here.
If there are many people trying to talk to me, I'll let you know if I'm gone for longer & when back---so don't worry.
4) If I'm going to sleep---best offer made by the time I log back on & read the offers will get the villager moving to their town!
If that person is not online I will give them a chance to come back online - at first that time won't be long unless an agreement has been made.
(as I'm new I haven't worked out a concrete time for that yet---the more people I sell to the better idea I'll have of a fair waiting period for both people.)
However the person with best offer is not available while I am online---I will go to the second best offer etc until I have someone that's ready to trade.
I will let you know how long I think I'll be away for roughly.
In future & especially for more popular villagers that I know will have many offers---I will give exact times and create an official auction.
5) People with negative wi-fi ratings or bad reputations or simply rude---will not wi-fi with me.
I will also prefer a polite person with slightly less bells than a rude one-because that is less stress for me!
But this community is so nice, I can't see that happening often---but still-let's be kind to each other!
Town Rules
-Stay inside the same frame as me, preferably follow my character.
-You may pick any fruit & other things after the trade is completed.
-Follow me to retail & buy a gemstone/s BEFORE going to the villager house. If any change is needed wait for me to drop the bells.
-After you have given the correct amount we can walk to the villager & help them move!
-Anybody who does not follow the above rules will have the wi-fi flicked off before they even have a chance to reach the villagers house.
-After we trade successfully, please leave me positive wi-fi feedback & I will do the same.
-I want a good reputation--- so any wi-fi problems that happen for no good cause, or during a trade---please don't jump to negative conclusions---I will try again with you (unless you broke the rules of course!)
