Always liked the early morning in the original and this game. Something about the quiet, peaceful music while it is early and nobody is awake yet is nice.

5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, and 4 AM are my favorite hourly music in New Leaf. I can't pick which is the best among my choices, they are equally good in their own way!
