It would be cool to get a list of untrustworthy players, but I have to disagree with you on destroying their towns.
Two wrongs don't make a right, and destroying a town won't accomplish anything. It would be much simpler to just take them off your friend list.

I Have to agree with tails although whats the point, if you care so much about your town then your taking the fun out of animal crossing or making it boring for yourself
