Buying A Visit to a Town With Ore on Premium

I have some ore taking up space in my storage that I'd like to sell. I've been hoping for 2 weeks that ore would be Premium in my town but nope. I have 1 pocketful so I'd be super quick. I can pay in IGB or TBT. Thanks!
