Hello!! ^^ So, um, one of my villagers, Margie, told me today that she decided to move on the 5th of November. I promised to give her to someone for their town, so I TT?ed to that date and invited them in to come pick her up. But, as we got to her house, she wasn?t there, when she should?ve been...;; Would anyone know why this was? Also, when I changed my DS?s date to her moving day and loaded up the spotlight screen.. rather than letting me know someone was leaving, Isabelle just told me that I?ve been away for awhile. Did this happen because I TT?ed to the next month? I?m not sure what went wrong. I?d like to give her to the person I promised to as soon as possible, to hopefully make up for getting their hopes up..

Any help will be much appreciated;;, thank you so much for your time!!

Hmm....the only thing I can think of is that your in-game clock didn't match up with your 3DS clock when you TT'd forwards.If your town's in-game clock was a day ahead or a day behind your 3DS clock and you TTd ten days forward to get to your villager's move out date,then you'd be a day behind or a day ahead of the actual move out date and either your villager would still be living in your town but not in boxes or they'd be moved out and gone.If you set your 3DS clock back to the day you started TTing then it's possible that Margie will still be there and still be in the process of moving but you have to go back to the exact day.It's kind of confusing.Also,if you TT past seven days forward(it might be six),then Isabelle and your villagers will start asking where you've been.

Sometimes villagers will change their minds about moving, even if they hadn't when they first told you of their plans. It's incredibly rare (I've only had it happen once), but it can happen.

This happens the days following their first initial agreement to move. It can be prompted on those days if you talk to the villager. They'll re-ask you if you want them to move. As long as OP left from the day the villager agreed to moving, it shouldn't have been an issue. What could have been an issue is if OP waited a day and then TT'd to the move out date. The villager could have changed their mind, even if the OP didn't talk to the villager.

I agree that it was probably an issue with the DS clock. Usually when I'm hurrying to move someone out, I just change the clock in game. I'm really not sure though. :\

Thank you so much everyone for all your help!!!;; You’re all right, I think the issue might’ve been with my DS clock/in-game clock after all, as all of you have said (or maybe she did just decided to stay on her own, like you said, HollyYoshi). ^^ Since I went straight to her moving day as soon as she told me, instead of waiting for my in-game clock to reset to a new day, that’s probably why my clocks didn’t match up... I’ll be sure to keep what all of you said in mind! Thank you again!!;;
