Selling A very well loved Ankha

Okay, so when I started a new town I knew I'd move some villagers over and some I would leave behind. I was planning to destroy my old town with Ankha and Melba and my mayor all together forever, but that's not really fair, they deserve better than that, so I have Ankha in boxes for a new home, very well loved, not original at all. I thought she had only changed one or two pieces of furniture but when she hosted my birthday she had all sorts of odd pieces in there, I don't know what that was about so I'm going to go ahead and warn you that you might need to post her all new furniture! I can provide you with a sphynx and a pyramid to catalog if need be.
She's a sweetheart, I just want a new home for her. TBT, IGB, Holly bush starts, cedar saplings all welcome, or I'm looking for Marina.
Ankha is Tier 2 at the moment.

Hello guys, I don't know how much I'm looking for, I guess I'm just looking for offers. I don't usually take IGB but since I'm setting up a new town I could certainly use them. I mean, Noah made the first offer, but to be fair Sorey did ask how much I was looking for first. I honestly don't know, I'm happy for her to go for 30m of course, but if Sorey wants to make an offer then I will of course consider it as it should be first come first served and I should have been checking this thread earlier!! (Sorry, I've been really busy!)
I'm going to bed now but I'll check back first thing tomorrow, I mostly just want her to go to a good home.
