Buying A Town Designer

I need a town designer to help design the foundations of my town, such as what paths to use and so on...

It depends on their skill with the designing really. I'm looking for advice on what to add, and public works projects , aid on future villager moves and for them to come to my town to aid the path placement.

Well, visitors can't place paths for other towns if thats what you wanted.

I've already set down a handful of southern paths cx im just needing help with plotting public works projects, bushes, trees, villager gardens n stuff
