A question about TTing

My in game time is June 6, and I'd really like to go two days back, will that count as two days passed or one day passed?

Also, if I TT back to Sunday and then forward to June 4, how many days would have passed?

Going back always counts as 1 day in total. Going forwards counts the days.

Time traveling back to Sunday would be 1 day, and to the 4th would be 3 days. 4 days in total.

No. Going forward is perfectly fine. Going backwards is the problem, even time traveling one minute back can spoil them.

You can also search around to see if anyone would let you in town to buy turnips? Sometimes people who are on Sunday allow this.
