Selling A question about selling characters

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but i have about 20 welcome amiibo cards and I was wondering if it's possible for them to move into other people's towns?

It sadly isn't if they try to go to the RV and talk them into it! But, when you have 10 villagers (the max) you can pick a villager to move, and the welcome amiibo character you scanned in will come! (When you pick, you can pick any villager including the welcome amiibo characters you already have!)

NOTE: If you have less than 10 villagers the amiibo card/figure character will move in, but you can't pick one to leave!

I think what she meant was if you kick out a WA villager can they be adopted.

Yes they can, however Special villagers like Wolf Link cannot.
