Buying A modern outfit for Gracie

Gracie FINALLY appeared in my town, and I realised I have hardly any clothes lying around. So I am looking to buy outfits to pass her checks. I intend to TT to pass all four checks since it took so long for her to appear. Therefore I will be buying four different outfits, and I am willing to pay 50k for each full outfit.

Currently I need a modern outfit.
