A (hopefully) different Club Tortimer question

If I were to visit both the international and local Club Tortimer Islands in the same day, would they have the same gift shop selection or different items?

Each time you go to club tortimer it should be a new island with a new gift shop. Sometimes you end up visiting the same island twice but for the most part it's new.

I like to island hop and visit lots of islands in the hope of getting a rare item. I am usually just in and out but I do try to say hello to anyone I meet there.

Different items and different times of the day too. I sometimes island hop if I need to catch a particular bug.

I did that all the time when I was looking for the full mermaid series. Oh man that took the better half of a day. Never again! I thought getting all the medals I needed to buy them all would take the longest, but the search did.

But yeah the island switches up what is being sold. Each time you go to a different island whether local or overseas, it'll normally be different. I don't know if it randomly makes shops up or if it goes by whoever was first on the island server (as in they created it)
