The app is called ACNH Exchange. Got it from the App Store. It queues you up in a line for any events you join. Events can be started by other players or yourself. They consist of Celeste, giveaways, Sahara, Yard sales, Turnips, Villager crafting, hangouts, etc.
The kicker is that it’s sends you a phone notification with the dodo code when it’s your turn. And if you’re hosting, ui makes it so you don’t have to keep sending people the Dodo code, you just click a button and TaDa. I use this app everyday and honestly love it. Thought I’d share.
