So I read I need four Gracie checks to get my store to upgrade. My question is, if I use other human characters in my town and get them all to have fashion checks, does it count towards the store upgrade? Or do I personally have to get four Gracie checks?

I really don't know.

But if I had to guess, I would say that you have to have four successful Gracie Fashion Checks on one character. The same concept applies to the QR Machine in the Abel Sister's, so I don't see why this wouldn't be the case here.

You know?

I guess that make sense. But the Katrina, getting fortunes told in the other 3 characters counts towards the 20 as well.

Really? That's pretty inconsistent. But I guess Sable and her QR Machine is kind of a personal issue, which would justify her getting to know each character separately, while the Fortune Teller Shop is more of a town-wide thing.

In that case, I'll guess that just getting four different characters to pass one Fashion Check each will work.

But definitely let us know!

I suppose I could do an experiment and get a fashion check in the other 3 characters and see what happens.

Yes, any of the four players living in the town can get a successful Fashion Check that would "count" toward the requirement.
