Commissioning A flag for Astoria! (TBT payment!)

If it's not too much trouble, I'd love a flag for my island, Astoria. I'm not good at general descriptions, but here's the vision I had in mind:

Galaxy themed! With stars and twinkles! I'd like the letters of Astoria to be a soft, light blue if possible!

I can pay in TBT, I only have barely 100 at this point, but if it's not enough I can also throw in NMT's and IGB! Just say so! Thank you for seeing this thread!
