Buying A couple of Holiday/festive items

In preparations for the holidays, I'm planning to change my main house room into a Christmas/Holiday theme. I got the Jingle set and a couple of festive items but I'm lacking a few of them.

I'm willing to pay big bells for the following:

Festive candle
Festive Flag
Holiday stocking (I believe this is a UK item, and I'm willing to pay 800k bells for such)
