Yeah, after I got my post up, I already saw that a couple other people had pounced on the kitchen islands. Ha ha! No worries. I just wasn't fast enough.
If they are available, could I instead maybe purchase the coffee cup, pink party dress, pink argyle shirt, red argyle tee, and the blue party dress for 150k?

Edit: Someone else already asked for the coffee cup. -sigh- Just The clothes for the same price then?
