• You need to come get her first because I have ten villagers.

• Please walk beside me when you're in my town because my town is currently a mess and I have things all over the floor (if you start running and you disappear, I'll probably flip the switch. Please don't do that. /.\).

• (!) Please provide some kind of proof that you have the villager you're trading for Molly. It's nothing personal, it's something I've always done when trading villagers. It's just to be cautious. I hope you understand.
