I have a few house loans to pay off on my characters and am in need of IGB. I'm looking for 5mil IGB, with the current exchange rate being 1 TBT = 200k IGB, that would come out to 25 TBT from me!

If you can only do part of the 5mil that's okay too! But I'd prefer to do it in one transaction
