I think this recipe is timelocked until December 1st real time. So starting tomorrow, whoever decides to TT to later in december (when there are snowflakes) should be able to get the recipe from a balloon.I have all the materials. I'm willing to tip in tbt.
As an alternative, if you have a spare recipe that you're willing to sell I can pay in tbt.
I would love to have someone craft it for me as well for TBT, it's so beautiful!
