I will be giving away 5 gold tool sets and 1 million IGB to players who have just started their town in the last three months. If not enough people have started in the past 3 months I will extend it to 5 months.
This will be on Saturday September 24th at 7 pm eastern.

If you are not here for the drawing and do not respond within 15 minutes after I have VM you, you will not receive your prize.
I will DELIVER the tools and bells as quickly as I can. This is why you MUST be present.
The whole giveaway process may take up to an hour-an hour in a half.
Please make sure there is room either at your station or plaza so that I can lay the tools and bells down.
Please be patient and open your gates when I ask you to asap. Don't open them before I am ready or demand or complain about when am I coming.
It takes a little bit (between 10-20 minutes) to get the tools and bells into my pockets and then go give them to each person.

Any rudeness and you will definitely NOT get your prize and I may even leave a negative WiFi rating.
I am not doing that to be mean but some have to learn that when you're in a giveaway and someone is trying to help you there should be respect for that person.
I just have had a few rude people(its not the norm but it has happened more recently) be demanding and selfish.
