How come it says it not? What your talking about is the Serial number but i need a pin

You have to register the serial, (on the back of the 3DS) and the pin (on a piece of paper that comes in the 3DS box). I'm looking for a pin as well because I bought my 3DS used and it didn't come with a pin

I'm in the same situation. I bought my 3DS XL used. It came with all the packaging EXCEPT THE CLUB NINTENDO PIN and wasn't registered. Bah humbug!


EDIT: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY LITTLE SISTER JUST GAVE ME HER PIN BECAUSE SHE ALREADY HAS POKEMON AHHHH!!!!!

Agreed. She is 100% the reason I was able to get Pokemon Y. She also bought me Mario Kart 7 last week when I was sick - which I was able to register for the game! Goodnessgracious, I do love her.
