3ds not connecting to the internet

i have been trying for 2 hours to play with others on the AC island but my 3ds is refusing to connect and says Error 001-0502

it was working fine a few hours ago but now it is not, which is a pain.

i tryed turning everything off and on but nothing is working and i just wanna play

please if you know somthing help

I'd check your internet settings. Something might have gotten messed up in there, so you may need to reset the settings.

Other than that.. google is your friend.

edit: By that, I mean google the error code.
