does the second link come with the 3ds also? Im rather confused and cant find anymore info..

Based on the price and product description of the 2nd link I would say it does NOT come with a 3DS.

it does not come with the 3ds, the price is only $120, so it wouldn't cover the cost of it, and also the description of the item does not include a 3ds.
