Selling 20 NMTs for 150k (Possibly lower) IGB Each

cheaper than usual i know but

1. ya girl is dummy broke right now (i only have 10k in my pocket and dust in my bank) and i have no use for these tickets
2. they prob should be lower in the first place.

bonus;

1. i'll take off 20k for each stack of hardwood you give me. i'm only taking 3 stacks atm so be quick lol.
2. i'll take some bells off (typically 20k minimum to 50k maximum) for some diy's but it depends on the diy (warning; i'm prob gonna be picky), so like, if you have any unwanted diy's you might as well offer i guess. of course, my poor booty still need bells so you can only offer 1 DIY per ticket.

hope this all makes sense or the deals don't sound unfair on my side.
