2 Years of Animal Crossing New Leaf!

U.S. version of "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" came out in June 2013 ... and I was two months behind. I do ask myself, "How much longer will I play?" I don't know the answer; but it's going to be difficult for Nintendo to match or top "New Leaf."

It's only been two years? I feel like I've been playing this game forever!

This was my first Animal Crossing game. I have thoroughly enjoyed it over the years(!). I still have my original town, though I admit that since picking up a second copy, that town has captivated me at the moment! My catalog still isn't complete, but it's nearly there, and one day I will have ALL THE THINGS, hehe. In the meantime, I'm enjoying starting over and setting up a brand new town, with the knowledge I have acquired over playing in my original.

Happy birthday, New Leaf!

Not really, there are so many things they can do to make a better game.

I kind of wish I had been playing it for two years and didn't stop playing it a few days after I got it, but, at the same time, I'm glad I ended up starting over because I ended up not liking what my town name was. :P

Resetting my town, trying to make it the best. But I don't have the perfect skill to. :( Its pretty decent, but its crammed altogether. And I cant reset either cause i'm going (For once) one year in my main town.

I kept the town I got 2 years ago on the release date and still play it, but since then I've also gotten 2 more copies of the game. It would kinda be nice if the game had a feature where you can receive a gift or celebrate the anniversary your town though. I think in City Folk you got a piece of furniture after a year...but I don't remember.

I played it intensely for the first year and stopped playing for the second year. During the first year I remodeled my town twice and got all my dream villagers and then I got bored. But I wanted to go back and maybe redo my town into a more natural state. That might be fun.

In about 4 months, I would've had LuzDale for 2 years! Other than that, I've had my second cartridge for about a year now, and reset on it 2 times. (The first time because it was used and still had a town on it, the second for resetting my old town YumStar) I haven't even achieved it all just yet in LuzDale.

Five more days for my 2nd anniversary. This year the fairytale PWP are going for Zen PWP. Just need to changed the train and city hall and remove a bench.

I got so addicted, I got five more copies of the game. Yeah, definitely good to have three 3DS's.

I just got my 3rd one and it's easier to play. No more switching cartridges. My two mayors dropped by my guest town for the fireworks show. When Club Tortimer is quiet I'll send one of my players with a lot of medals to the island. So far she's arrived at the same island. Bought a lot of pink wetsuits for all the players.

Well some of mine were downloaded while some are on cartridges, so I've gotten used to switching back and forth.

Bought the game on release and began immediately. Played constantly for about 2-3 months and then only played sporadically. It was about mid-April when I began playing hardcore again. I've been at it everyday and on many days I play for several hours. I finally got my house expanded to full size. I got a couple rooms complete and I'm currently working on designing my town. I have an empty slot for a villager so I'm waiting until they move in to continue. I've really done more in this "era" of playing than when I first got it. Tomorrow the Nook shop is closing down and expanding to it's final upgrade. It's been an excellent time.

I didn't start playing until June 23, 2013, but I've played daily since I started, I've never reset and am currently playing three towns. So...it's safe to say I'm very addicted, lol.
