Buying 1mil - Someone to draw my Mayor for my Signature!

I'm pretty sure I've given up with my awful paint drawings, so I'm hoping there's some great artists out there to help me with this!
I basically am looking for a simple, cute, chibi version of my mayor, hugging either Bam, Bill or Tangy from behind (Mayor References will be put down below, my player is wearing a Hair Bow Wig, Cucumber Pack, Blossoming Dress, Green Tights and shoes I've completely forgotten the name of ahah)
