16 Villager Cycle Question

So I have been cycling through villagers to get Rosie back. Right now I am at 15/16 and I have my friends Julian is set to move. Once He moves it will be 16 villagers have moved out after Rosie. Can I move her back in after Julian leaves or do I have to move out another villager? Thanks so much. I am so happy and excited to have my original Rosie Back.

Not sure, but I'd kill to get Julian back ;; I'm in the same boat as you, on the cusp but unsure if I'd be able to get him back now, or later.

if Julian is the 16th villager to leave, Rosie should be able to come back!

Sounds right to me - I was told that as soon as they disappear from your main street you can move them back. But I haven't tried it yet myself so not sure.
