10m bells (negotiable) for a non-ACNL digital art commission

I'm willing to pay really well for this. If 10 million isn't enough, and I really like your style, I'll go higher, no problem.
I can also pay in TBT bells, shiny Pokemon, any number of Pokemon Battle Points items, and ACNL unorderables.

What I'm looking for:
I'd like someone to draw (on a tablet) my two favorite superheroes in detailed chibi style. The superheroes are Cyclops and Emma Frost. Their costumes vary, and I don't mind which costumes you draw. I'll provide references below.

- Light blonde hair
- Blue eyes
- Ice blue lips

OH EM GEE THATS A LOT OF STUFF YOU'RE OFFERING THAR
Id do it because their outfits are really complicated and detailed so it would give me some good practice, buuut I don't have a tablet, I use the colors3d application on my 3ds. Is that ok?

I might give it a shot, I like a challenge when it comes to drawing and drawing these characters may help me improve c: It won't be amazing when I'm finished with it (if I can) so you won't have to pay or anything if I think it looks like crap or other people have drawn you better ones.

I really would like it drawn with a tablet but if you want to give it a try I'd love to see what you come up with. Could we negotiate a different price since it's not exactly what I'm looking for? c:
