Buying 100 TBT for Gracie series

So I just did a TBT for Gorgeous series topic and now I need the Gracie series. It must include the wall clock, wallpaper, flooring, and all furniture (of course). I also need a extra low table and stool which I will give a extra 20 TBT for.
 
Unwritten, give me everything besides the extra bench and Ill give 90, and pinklollipop, give me the rug, the stool, and the table for 35. Ok?

Well I need the set and I really don't wanna inconvenience you but if your willing, then its the best option I got. Also, the extra stool and table. Yep. Still willing to give a extra 20 TBT for it.

Darn, I'm missing the Chest and Wardrobe. No trouble though. After I finish the trade I'm on, I'll TT to the correct season and we can go from there with the set. (:
