Not to knock on you or anything, especially since I just arrived at the site very recently, but technically speaking... Doesn't a buyout of 500 BTB for a mid-tier 2 villager seem a bit... overkill? I see giveaways for Muffy all the time and the top of tier 1 going for like, 400 BTB. Are prices more flexible than I had come to expect?
