100 million bells?

Well, first I'd get a vault. Then I'd fill it Scrooge McDuck style with the coins. Then I'd find a dragon and name him Smaug and convince Benedict Cumberbatch to stand behind said dragon holding kittens and narrating the dragon's internal monologue for my own amusement. Then I'd roll gleefully, like a dog in a smelly spot, in the coins.

Then I'd finish my home and town improvements and retire to the beach with Garrus while sipping pina coladas.

Naked, I'd totally frolic naked in the coins with Benedict Cumberbatch. Just sayin'.
