Contest of the topic of favourite video game and why

My favourite game is Fable 3 for XBOX. The why - well, I'll make it brief.

I am middle-aged but had never lost the passion I had when I was younger to be a writer. That game actually accidentally lead me to find out that there was such a thing as fan fiction and a huge archive for it. Yes...I never knew that!

I loved the game so much, and read a few stories fans of it had written, that I decided that it was never too late and I would never be too old to follow my dream of writing, even if I don't ever get published.

I have written a good dozen or so stories for Fable 3 and many more for Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland."

I am not great, but apparently good enough that I am embarrassed that I have a fanbase! It's a wonderful and humbling experience.

And I owe it all to simply loving and becoming addicted to "Fable 3."

It's never too late to pursue your dream, even if it doesn't turn out to be what you thought. It can actually turn out to be far more rewarding than you could have imagined. <3

Heh...I had to edit because I momentarily mis-remembered "topic". But yes...isn't it the GREATEST??? And I love Logan to eternity. Okay...I won't derail anymore! I'm just pleased as punch that you know just how I feel about it.

Ok, in that case...

My favorite game of all time is Smash Bros Brawl. It's such a big hodgepodge of Nintendo's mascots, big and small. Seeing everything basically coming to together to only kick the snot of each other makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. It's the ultimate crossover!

My favourite game is the legend of zelda ocarina of time 3D. I first played it on the gamecube (promotional disc) but I was really bad at it and couldn't find out how to walk in the right directions. Then when I was older I got the 3DS version. I've beat it 2 times but I'm really forgetful so each time I play it I feel like I'm trying it for the first time.
