That's awesome! How much, when, and where? I never knew you could pop the balloons with the shovel and the net. Was that the same in City Folk?

I swear I've had a steady parade of balloons in my town and I've yet to get a slingshot at the store. I know the moment I do, all balloons will find another flight path around my town.
