It was and I took it really hard, it wasn't true luckily but regardless being accused of that type of thing isn't fun to deal with.
And just to double check, the soft brush is under the brush/paint brush tool correct?
Haha wasn't certain, I am now a stickler for crediting even when not needed, on another site I was accused of plagiarizing >: I am so careful now Dx And certainly let me open Photoshop and see if I can get the same outcome.

It was one of those 40+ layers w/ different effects applied tutorials xD Though due to my beginner mentality, I suppose that attributes to what took hours >: I will certainly be trying to cut down the time it takes me, for sure. -
