you would have to have an open plot of land (either the day after a villager moves out, or early in game when you can buy plots from tom) and the same day the plot is open you would come to my island and speak to Zucker as he's packing up his house ("in boxes"). He will say he doesn't know...

CLOSED: Zucker found a new home! I am moving Zucker out with an amiibo in the next few days. Happy to pass him along to someone who wants him! My amiibo villager has visited twice and I can invite her back any day putting Zucker in boxes immediately. He's original as well.
