Not necessarily. It says that on there bio, but in reality, they can be caught anytime it rains or snows. Trust me, I've caught one at day time.

As much I can understand as to why after ALL THAT HARD WORK, just going down the drain like that, it's just a game. No need to snap, you can easily obtain alot of bells in summer.
You had spelled it correctly. I have only got one, and that's only beacause I hadn't played the game in...forever...Anywho, I completely resetted that mess, and played it again, and again, until I forget/get bored of everything after not playing it for a while, and then I restart again.
I didn't find any either, and I was planning to do that, too. LOL. Is your town getting to atleast a decent town rating?
