omg literally just restarted my town today. my goal is to not time travel at all and just take it in one day at a time. i lowkey have never played new horizons without time traveling so it should be interesting...

New Horizons dialogue is absolutely the worst in the series. New Leaf’s wasn’t fantastic either but that game has so many strengths that hold it up as an overall package that I don’t mind the dialogue being weaker in it. New Horizons does not have that luxury.

Oh man, I loveddddd this game back when it came out a few months ago. Hadn’t had a chance to finish it yet but it was so camp. I even got the expansion pass for it. So fun.

I definitely prefer the older sizes lol, I miss how tiny everybody looked.

I miss this too!! Along with villagers randomly moving out, the randomness made it feel more real. I also agree with scaling back customization. I want the next game to be more like a life simulator again and less like a town building simulator lol.

How they look. Since the villager personalities are so nothing in New Horizons, all you can rely on anymore is solely their individual aesthetics 😭

I’ve been wanting to get into this game for so long, is it worth it??? I may pick it up once I finish my semester.

I totally feel that, hopefully one day it can happen again! Plus I still really enjoy 2D Zelda as well, so not all hope is lost with me at least lol.

Anyone else here have ADHD? I’m in finals week for college and I have like 5 different big projects piled up that I’ve barely touched just because I don’t feel like doing them 😩. ADHD can be so insane!!!
