This seems like it'd be a good fair balance. I understand why the older dialogue might not fly with young kids as much now, but I definitely would love the option for it myself. There was a lot more personality to each of the animals when they were more... direct - shall we say.

I got a Wii again for Christmas this year, just so I could revisit City Folk. OH MY EXCITEMENT the first time Phineas was in the city again, I've carried my new Bunny Balloon ever since.

Thank you! My favourite Zelda game is Twilight Princess, but closely followed by Tears of the Kingdom! I love love love Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland on the DS though, that's my favourite spin off - and one of my favourite DS games, after Wild World. I hope they do something like that again sometime.

Currently watching the show for the first time, and I'm up to the last season. As a fan of The Sims, obscure officially licensed tie-in games, and now of Desperate Housewives too - I'll haveee to check this out.

I have! I didn't play the Gamecube game when it first released until years later when I played it through the Wii with backwards compatibility. Oh and my other favourite Nintendo games would have to either be the Zelda games, or the Paper Mario games!

It'd be a poor move on their part if it was anything other than just accessory focused games that won't be compatible. I imagine Ring Fit will get a Switch 2 re-iteration anyway - wasn't it a huge success?

Thank you! I'll do that once I reach 1,200 bells. My favourite is probably Wild World, it's the first in the series I played - and the first game of it's kind that I played - so it'll always have a special place in my heart. I love each game for their own different reasons though, of course...

I can't wait to see more in April. I've signed up for the London preview, so fingers crossed for that - but I'm just glad to see it finally announced.
