My favorite is Røa in Norway! It was one of the first I saw when I went to Norway as a child. I met one of my closest friends, Ing, there.
Unfortunately, I am not fluent in Norwegian. Being of Asian descent, well... I'm not really even fluent in my own. I'm just able to understand. I guess my grammar skills are way below average.
But! Back to Scandinavia! I plan to return there after college, perhaps.
