    You can also connect those 2 spots with a bridge & try to make a huge botanical garden; or a modern city park instead if you want to make modern themed town. Well, that's if it was me though. Have fun decorating your town! :D

    Well, that is kinda hard to explain. Summary, the environment balance are good at those 2 spots. For example, you can surround your house with bushes completely / you can make a maze around your house. So it's like surrounded by river & bushes. C:
