I highly doubt this. Firstly, the Wii 2 is being revealed shortly, so less games for the Wii will be made over time. Secondly, Animal Crossing 3DS (FOR the 3DS) hasn't even got an official release date yet. It hasn't even got past a minute long gameplay video.

I've heard June 2nd to October, there isn't a definate date. There's also been a rumour that it's not going to be out at all, but that's generally been disregarded, so I wouldn't worry about that. Expect a date to be given at E3, if not, keep your hopes up for October-February time.
