I remember using my friend's capture card. It lags like hell on the PC screen, but it still records fluently, so the best thing to do is to get an RCA y-splitter and send one of the signals to the Ccard and the other to the TV. 0.O yea I know it's ridiculous... anyway does the Wii's signal pass...

The Wii is kind of dumb in that (I think) the disk keeps spinning even if you turn it off (so that the LED on the front is orange) remember to hold the power button down until it turns red, that way your Wii will last longer. When I had ACCG, I used to leave my GC idling for long periods of time...
