Two of the coolest dream towns I've seen so far were
5B00-002B-8BBE Oasis, which is set up like a desert- all sand and some palm trees and pyramids. Plus it has a little game thingy with hidden snake patterns :D
5C00-009B-27A6 Caesura, which has more of an ancient rome theme.
