When i try to upload it from my phone it says upload has failed.

So i have been playing for about 6 weeks and have gotten a little bored with my town. Im not happy with my house placement and i think i could get a better town map. Any opinions? It wpnt let me upload my town map pic tho. Any idea how to do this?
