Do cherry blossoms count? I just have so much trouble catching them!! And I have a love/hate thing for hermit crabs (again not really bugs) - love them in real life, but they startle me more than tarantulas almost.

Well I just started the game a month ago so yes for sure! I wish I hadn’t ignored the tours for as long as I did since I’m definitely hoping to land on some unique mystery islands for materials. I’m not villager hunting and I kind of prefer the boat tours, they just feel more chill.

If I ever start another island, I would love to do a jungle / tomb raider / ruins inspired island in the mist that also serves as a kind of board or adventure game. Maybe finding hidden items, treasures, secrets, etc. (Just a random idea!)

Not sure if this has been mentioned (81 pages lol!) but the amount of animations/actions you have to go through to be like “shoot my pockets are full” is ridiculous. Like, shouldn’t your character know your pockets are stuffed before you dig up that flower?
