Does Redd have shop hours? I TT'ed a day after talking to Blathers (he told me about bringing art), and no Redd ship. Currently 10:21pm in my game if that helps

I do TT, but it is usually only a day ahead. For these events, I am probably going to experience them firsthand with everyone. What fun is there if you already did everything?
