Time travel 2 days in to future then save game time travel back 2 days and walk around until one of the villagers wants to talk . Someone aways does, this is the best method to getting a villager to move out. Just repeat till you get the person you don't want out

As much as you hate her , just be friends with her, most of the villagers you're friendly with Would move out faster.

Not every time , sometimes there ask you for other stuffs. If that happens repeat the methods. That sounds like a horriblely good idea but 6 months? Try the this trick out . Eventually some will move out and could take every where to 30 mins to a hour And dude me and a friend of mine found...
