I see potential, but it’s not my favorite map. Still, it could be cool to have the plaza so close to the cliff; it could feel expansive if you used shrubs and flowers to guide pedestrians to the oceanview. Also, you could do a lot of paths, gardens, and hangout spaces along the river.
