Yes, that happened to me too. I said the clothing didn't suit Kidd and he always wore it anyway. So I don't accept delivery requests anymore :(

Is your inventory full, so that you need to swap the scallop for something else? I'm not sure if that matters, but it's the only other thing I can think of. I've met Pascal on the first scallop like.. six out of seven times

If I've got a fork and knife, unroll it and cut off little sections as I go. Without a fork and knife.. I guess the same, but then it's too sticky so I'd probably pick something else haha :p
