Alright so I just connected to a different wifi (still college wifi tho) but online it said people use this for gaming consoles so hopefully it works.
I will open my gates and I'll be online for the next 10ish minutes if you want to hop over. If not, I might be on later tonight or tomorrow night.

Just looked up the error code online, it says it has to do with my network, not my 3DS (woohoo, sort of haha).
I'm at college right now and using the college's wifi, but last year I was able to visit other towns/trade with people on this same network...
It's connecting to the internet though...

Huh thats weird, I'll close my gates and open them again. I will say though, this morning I dropped my DS on the floor, so maybe I did something to it.....
